Shoot day and Delivery
When all is said and done! Relive it! 1 week after your wedding you will receive a teaser video and full package film 12-15 weeks after.

Initial Consultation
Every Individuals have their own preference and because we are storytellers. We wanted to make sure that we are a good fit. In this stage, We answer all of your questions about coverage, product, pricing and everything you need to know about us.
Research + Strategy
After you sign and pay your retainer fee we will send you a questionnaire. Every great film starts with a solid plan. I research themes, audience, and visuals to craft a strategic roadmap, ensuring every shot serves the story with purpose.

Once you filled out our questionnaire. We will send you a pitch deck on how we are going to execute your ideas on your wedding day. This includes the mood, hero shots and lighting set up.

Here we go! tighten up all lose screws because it's game time! Experience how your ideas come to life.

After 1 week, we will send you a 60 second recap of your big day!
AND A FINAL BIT HERE
12-15 weeks after your wedding, you will receive a link of your wedding film album and instructions for best way to enjoy your film! When you purchase our raw footages you will also, receive a 1 TERABYTE of external hard drive delivered to the address you provided.

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Absolutely! However Flights, hotel expenses and food has to be covered.
Do you offer revisions?
Absolutely! Each client gets 1 revision. Afterwards, It would be a $400.00 extra depending on length of the project.
Do you offer multiple day event pricing?
In cases in which your event has multiple days of acquisition, we offer a custom built pricing that can be negotiated with the client.
What happen if our shooters fail to appear the day of my wedding?
The KL Media have over 150+ shooters that can replace your shooters. They are all trained to follow the same guideline of our looks and style. We also, provide them informations about the couples mood board, inspirational board and overall client request so that they won’t miss a thing!
Can we change the contract?
he contract has to be polished and mutually agreed upon the day of it’s conception.
